that's why i need a HO alt. lol my batteries are more than enough. i just need an ALT that can charge the batteries without struggling

Yeah you are going to need some serious juice. I think you are going to need to find somebody to fabricate a custom mount.

lol fabricating a mount shouldn't be hard. i just need to find time to do it!
one more battery should be way more than enough to power all the electricals. though a HO alt would make me sleep that much easier

well i'm going to pick up a HO Alt Pretty soon. when my funds come in i will update you guys on the HO Alt fab

alright guys! and gals... put a Mechman 220 alt in my range. batteries sitting at 13.1 with car off! and sitting at 14.8v +/- .1 at idle! took me about 2 1/2 hours, from the time i popped the hood, to make a mount,install, and test. i also have an external voltage regulator letting my set my voltage from 13v-20v. but i'm running 12v AGM batteries right now, so i set my voltage just under 15v.
