Navigation CD

Do anybody have an idea about getting a updated Navteq Map 4 cd for a 2001 Range Rover. Is there a way I can download it and burn it to a disc?

The discs are copyright protected byNavteq,you can't burn them.

e-bay has all the discs for sale.
