From what the dealer shared with me and through research, the 2003 HSE's had some eletrical problems but the y were fixed for the 2004 models. I own a 2004 and it runs and performs awesome. I hope this helps you ntavila.

Thanks Rover Jay - The car is not a certified pre-own vehicle and they are offering it at 7700 (I asked them to lower it 1500 in case the tranny was out). Worth the risk. It's a 2002 Rhino edition - clean body.
