Default 1988 Range Rover classic - transfer case "BERG" ?

I am selling my 88 range rover and i had someone ask me if it has the BERG transfer case. He asked if the stick to change the 4x4 went to the left? Well i started up the truck and i cant get that joy stick to move, its in 4 high.. Is there something i am not doing right? Or is it just hard to move? I moved it to Neutral and tried it in park and cant seem to get it to release to move it even to low??

Is the Berg transfer case better? This guy is calling from Costa Rico asking me this so im wondering if i have the truck under priced if the drive train is at least desirable?

I want $1500 for the truck w/ 130k and front end damage?

He's refering to a borg warner t-box that uses a chain and viscous coupling, not introduced untill 89, your 88 uses a LT230 box that uses a locking center diff and has giant indestrictable gears, it might whine a little but you cant kill it veary easy, and no the berg is not better !
