Are you losing anti freeze fluid? Check your reservoir. If so, these trucks are notorious for blowing head gaskets.

Is there a bunch of debris between your radiator and a/c blocking air flow?

well I've done engine rebuilds before but never for land rover. I've taken apart Vw air cooled engines, Honda civic engines, ford engines, even Chevy big block 350. but never land rover discovery or any land rover. and about overheating issues i had deal with cars with that problem before but this one is just the one truck that i don't want to missed up i really like this truck.
by the way thanks for replying back.

to Chris-bob actually there was a little bit of debris between of the radiator and the grill and i cleaned it out but whats more weird is that i recently changed my oil and it came out very dirty. it looks like that oil has been there for several years as well as the oil pan gasket or in another words sealant. my truck is now running way better and im glad that i changed the oil i really felt sorry for the truck how can people drive a car and never change the oil. those people shouldn't have a license. thanks for your tip.
