Hi,
I have a 1998 Discovery TDI, manual shift and have a issue. Here goes,

I was driving one day to the post office, there was a loud clunck under the truck and I could not go anywhere. I shifted from H to L and was able to make it home. I also noticed when turning left the wheel did not want to turn but if I steered to the right then back to the left it would turn fine. Any ideas what is up with my Disco? I need an idea so when I take it in to be fixed I know what I am getting into.

Also, has anyone had problems with the ignition coil? I had to put two on last year and it seems that I will have to put another one on. One actually began leaking fluid out of the top of it.
