The back left door won't open from the inside or the outside. The child locks have not been used. I can trigger the door locks and can hear the locking mechanism, but I cannot open the door. The door was opening/closing just fine and now nothing.

I started to remove the door handle and found some black plastic screws that attach through the door panel. I heard some plastic fall down inside the panel so I stopped before I did more damage.

Suggestions would be very much appreciated.
