2007 Range Rover Sport Oil Change

I want to change oil on my RRS. What oil would you guys recommend and how many quarts would I need? thanks

What state do you live in, how hot/cold does it get?
What does your owners manual say?
Make sure you use a synthetic and a good filter, not a Fram.
