2023 Defender 110 Front Coil Spring Suspension Knock

Hello All,
I have been in possession of my 2023 Defender 110 P300 with coil spring suspension for four days and 180 miles.
My Defender is producing a slight knocking sound from what I believe is the front suspension. I can hear it and slightly feel it when driving on almost smooth surfaces. Not a large thud, much more a slight knocking as if something isn’t tightened down all the way.
I had similar issues in a 986 Boxster some years back and it turned out to be worn rear suspension trailing arms. That obviously isn’t the problem with the Defender but it is almost exactly what this current knocking sounds like.
Any ideas? Is this a known issue with the coil spring suspension?
Thanks in advance.
