97 Disco Charging system

My alternaror went out on my 97 Disco so I replaced it but I am still having issues keeping the battery charged. I have had the new alternator tested and it is good. The strangest thing is that when the battery is losing it's charge my battery light does not come on instead I get the SRS light, the speedometer will fluctuate as well as the tac.(If the tac is working) Any ideas on what I should look for.

The SLS light is on because of a low voltage issue, your speed-o and tack are voltage and alternators issues.
Who and how was the alternator tested?

I had it tested at Auto Zone. We tested it with nothing on and under load and both time it read 14.

Figured it out. The problem is in the switch for the heater. When the heater is on it drops the charge below 10 volts. With out it it stays at 14.
Thanks Mike for the reply.

Doesn't make since, and will be curious to see how it turns out with a new switch.
