A/C Heater noise '06 RangeRover

Need help with a humming noise that comes on frequently when the air conditioning unit is on. dealer has been unable to diagnose the problems. What do you suggest.

Have the dealer check for any TSB's if he can't find the info he needs there then have him get a Rover service rep out to the shop to help them.
