I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE HEADLIGHTS. WHEN YOU SWITCH THE HEADLIGHTS ON THEY DO NOT WORK UNTILL YOU PULL THE DIP SWITCH BACK. THEN THEY WORK AS NORMAL??

 

Do you mean they don't work on main beam and you only get sidelights?

When you switch on the headlights the only lights that work are the side lights. To get the headlights to come on I have to pull the dip switch back as if you were going to flash the headlights. Then the headlights will work as normal (main beam and dip beam)[:@].

 

Sounds like a possible bad head light switch.
