Today, just out of the blue and with no warning- the radio turned off, no lights no nothing- wouldnt turn back on. Shortly after that the clock reset its self. The dome lights are out and there is no light on in the glove box. When moving the switch for the dome lights to the on position, the clock turns off?? and then comes back on and resets - what is happening? No fuses are bad that I can see- Alternator? Bad computer?

it is a 1997- i am in the us- i found it to be the aux fuse - i changed it and within 30 minutes it blew- the place you put the fuse in sparks when you touch it with the fuse- i inserted a fuse- 10 minutes into it i hit a bump and the radio turned off. i pulled the fuse expecting it to be blown, and actually it wasn't- one of the tabs were burnt all the way down to the plastic this aux fuse if for the radio- dome lights- and trailer hitch - when the fuse is on- the radio runs fine, the lights are fine- should i think its in the hitch? and how do you get in there? thanks.

You have a positive + wire that is grounding out.
Yes check the trailer plug, its a wire that can move
when you hit a bump.
