Loose hose tangling from gas regulator?

Default Loose hose tangling from gas regulator?
I found a loose hose tangling from the back of the gas regulator in my 1994 RRC.
What it is and where exactly it should be connected to?
Please see the attached video (recorded from the passenger’s side) and an image (from driver’s side).
