Default Rear Door Adjustment

I need to adjust the rear door on my 02 Disco II. It is out of alighment and needs about 6mm of adjustment so it hits the latch properly when closing. I thought it I could loosen the bolts on the door that I believe screw into the hinges, but I was not able to move the door even with the screws out. Any help as it is something that is bugging me and I am having difficulties finding out how to adjust the door. Thanks much.

This is a little trick i use to adjust the rear door on all Discovery 1and 2 models, get yourself a four inch long 1/2 inch drive socket extenstion, place the wide end into the hinge, then gently pull the door towards you while you sit on the rear bumper ,do this several times until you feel that the door is hitting the striker properly, you must make the door feel like it is straining against the extension, but be very careful or you will go too far.

My rear door and fron driver doors are hanging a little, rear door is almost touching the bumper on the handle side. Can some body please tell me where exactly to place the extension and if there is any way to also fix the fron driver door.

Thanks
