Default 2008 Lr2 Starting issues

I just had a new fuel pump & new starter put in my 2008 lr2 3.2 liter. After driving from Oregon to Indianapolis, within 48 hrs from arriving in Indy, I go to start rover & only thing I got was dash lights , engine light, fuel light & service message. I had half tank of gas so i thought battery may be dead, had it checked, no issues. I had been having issues with it in Oregon & took it to land rover for full diagnosis & I knew that I needed new fuel pump, so I got the pump & Called mobile mechanic to come replace it. NP. Then when he was done & went to start it... Nothing. So he went ahead and checked my starter., at no extra charge & found that I needed new one. Got starter next day & he replaced it. Rover started and ran, I drove it maybe 20 miles, turned off key, went into store & when I tried to start it I got nothing.. same as before I replaced fuel pump. Not sure what to do to get her goin but I cant afford land rover dealer. Please help me to diagnose and fix problem. My sister knows a bit of mechanics & I'm staying with her, but I am not that girl, my late husband was certified mechanic. So i guess I'm a special case, however my sister can understand the dialogue, lol. Any help is much appreciated.
God bless,
Forrest Hawk

Forrest Hawk please relay the message below to Sparrow Hawk......This is the Condor.

Verify that you can enter power mode II and attempt to start in Neutral instead of Park

Follow these instructions exactly
0. Engauge the emergency brake, is the LR2 parked on level ground if yes then proceed
1. Dock the key (Don't touch the Brake)
2. Press and hold the start button for 2 seconds (Don't touch the brake)
3. Press the Brake and move from Park to Neutral
4. While pressing the brake also press the start button (Does the engine start in Neutral?)
5. Shift back to park
6. Confirm that the Steering Colum lock has released (Can you turn the steering wheel, it will be stiff without power assist but it shouldn't be locked)
7. Did the steering column lock release?
8. With the transmission in park if everything is powered off then you should be able to undock the key
9. Note: you may need to press the start/stop button with your foot off the brake to get everything to shut down

Report back with your findings and further instructions will be provided

I did everything as instructed, it still doesn't start and yes I can turn the wheel's, no problem undocking key & it powers off just fine. I will be patient, apply self control & refrain from unloading an entire clip into her for now. 🤪She is making me crazy tho.

We have also tapped on starter housing from underneath vehicle. Still no success.

Verify that you have 12 Volts present at the starter (big wire)

You will need to remove the black plastic cap

There is a fuse up by the battery

Assuming that all checks out then swap the Gray relay and see if that helps

Let me know if any of that helps
