Exhaust manifold
Hello again guys ,
I'm gonna remove the exhaust manifold tomorrow in order to release the head , I took a look yesterday and the access seems like hell , does any one know the easiest way to access the manifold screws attached to the head ? |

Metal coolant pipe
Guys where does this metal coolant pipe go ? Pls. See the attached picture ,I am supposed to remove this pipe in order to remove the timing cover. I managed to remove it from the left side , but on the right side it seems its going into the engine behind the water pump , I cant see where it attaches to . How to remove it ?

Don't know for sure but from the image it appears to be held in place by the two bolts, with an o-ring to seal it at the block. Should pull straight out.
Probably just needs some leverage, try to keep it as straight as possible coming out although a little wiggle might help. I'd guess the oring is what's sticking (should probably replace that too). |
