Angry Air suspension went out

Hi i have a 05 lr3 i was driving on the freeway and it just lost all air riding dropping the car on the bumpstop. i took it to the first shop specialize in land-rover they said it was a bad air compressor and wanted 1600 but they could not guarantee it would fix it so i bought one installed it with out success i also tested the old compressor and it worked find. the second shop spent 3 hrs and couldn't figure what was wrong they said there was no leaks so they recommend me to take it the dealership. The dealership took 1 hr and couldn't fins out what was wrong and wanted to charge me $600 to try other ways of troubleshooting but the suspect the control module so i bought one and installed it. the car is still not rising should i just go with spring at this point or does anyone know what else it maybe they didn't say it was the high sensors?

Check your brake lights and tail lights. Then change your brake switch. What faults are shown? Red or amber? Any speed or freeway speed only?

I guess I'd start by ensuring you have enough voltage. Battery, alternator, etc....

....and then I'd get an IIDTool so you can read the internal codes. If there is a red fault light, there are codes. My first thought was EAS calibration or bad sensor, but that doesn't explain the radio/controls issue. Water intrusion? Has there been any water leaks? Ever feel the carpets are damp?

Have to make sure it can be registered to your vehicle, so the EBay seller has to ensure that it's a "virgin" tool.

Sounds like water intrusion has caused corrosion in some of your wiring and that is causing your issues. You can do a search on this forum and find all kinds of info on where to look for corroded connectors and how to fix.

Hello,
‘I was continuously getting suspension fault light on all the time. I was quoted a ridiculous price for one strut. So, I converted to a coil suspension and I couldn’t be happier and no more faults to worry about...
