Ok guys I need some help/advice here. We were all told in one form or another that we have some parametric alarm........go outside right now and put the window down and stick your hand in - you will find that the alarm doesnt go off - what the heck is that??? on a 50k car we dont have motion sensors? My LR3 was broken into this weekend and the guy knew very well not to break the seal of the door - he reached right in after breaking the window and took what he wanted - the alarm NEVER went off..........I dont know where to go with this - I see numerous other boards having owners around the US with this problem - if this gets out - the LR3 will be known as the easiest vehicle to break into - I will never feel safe parking it anywhere - please let me know what any of you have done to circumvent this issue (after market sensors etc) I really feel LRNA should do a recall and fix this - in the end we paid for a high end vehicle and this option is seen on other vehicles that arent in this price range but lower.........
