Hey guys,
Recently, I hit some slush ( berm from a plow) after a snowstorm when the car went into "limp mode" with a 'Engine System Fault' warning. Engine idled rough at 1500 rpm max. I pulled the truck over and shut down for a few, then restarted with no faults. Drove home, no problem. Now, after starting cold, the engine seems to be extra rich, with even a cloud of soot occasionally. But not everytime. Our gas mileage has decrease a few MPG's, too. I have scanned the truck for codes and come up with no faults.
