Question Backup Sensor Speaker

I have a 2005 LR3, and the backup sensor alarm speaker sounds like it is blown. I called the local dealership and ordered the part, trying to save some money on install, now I can't figure out how to get the plastic panel off to get to it. I think the location is inside the rear quarter panel, so I would like to know how to get that plastic piece off inside the cargo area on the drivers side. Does anyone know how to get it off so I can replace this speaker?

Thanks!

Here are the directions that I got off the disco3 site:

On a personal note, I think the speaker is in a bad location. It should definitely be closer to the driver. When people are yapping away in the back, it's hard to hear the speaker beeps.

Man I looked all over the internet trying to search for directions like that but came up with very little. Thank you so much. I will be trying to take that thing off when I get a chance the next couple of days. I'll let you know if I am successful.

hell pie,

Thanks for the directions, they really came in handy. I did the install over the weekend and it went really smoothly. The big plastic part was held on by the seatbelt bolt and there was another screw behind a little cover just above that seatbelt bolt. I did discover that underneath there was another plate that was over the backup speaker. Two screws and a couple clips removed that plate and I removed the old and installed the new speaker. Again, thanks for the helpful directions.
