2006 LR3 HSE

So I've had my CEL coming on and off for the past couple of months. I was finally able to get it into the shop and they did a smoke test. I've done research on here and know that the 171 and 174 codes were related to either a MAF sensor malfunction or an air leak...

They ended up finding air leaks in the Air Intake Tube, EGR Valve, and Oil Fill Tube. They replaced all of these parts and did a software update.
They did not make note of checking the MAF sensor.

I picked up the car and the CEL came back on after 38 miles of driving. My LR3 is going back to the shop on Monday..

Anyone have any thoughts?
