from discoII to LR3/LR4

So what are the differences from a Disco II owner perspective to going to a LR3/LR4. I like the ability to work on the Disco II. It is just like working on my 82 Mustang GT. Simple. Straightforward. Workable. How is that on the LR3/4. I like the interior on the Dicsos better too.

I'm not sure how you can like the interiors better...but that's a taste thing.
I have heard that people good with a wrench have a fairly easy time with the LR3/4. I'm not one of them. That said, I think the biggest difference is that the LR3 is a lot more modern and more capable off-road.

yeah IMO D3/D4 way better interior
Plus nothing beats the perfect 5 fold-flat seats for that instant moving van![Wink](https://landroverforums.com/forum/images/smilies/Uh2vXQr.png)
They made maintenance way easier on these for some items, but the drivetrain takes way more work to keep an eye on. Tons more wear items.
Easily my favorite V8 motor. Fairly straightforward to wrench on
