Default Fault Code question P2098-00

Hello!
I have fault code that keeps popping up on my 2007 LR3 w/99,812 miles. I have not had any major engine issues, but after a wheeling event and long drive the P2098-00 Post-Catalyst fuel trim system too lean - bank 2 popped up. I cleared it, and drove home, no performance issues or reduction in fuel economy. It has popped up again over and over, so I replaced the Mass Air Sensor for good measure and ran some Fuel injector cleaner through the gas. The error still persists as well as a P0171-00 & P0174-00 System Too Lean banks 1 & 2. I am not sure what is going on, as there is no rough idle or performance reduction.
Is it the O2 sensors? Any suggestions would be great.
Thanks!

Did you reset ending adaptations after the MAF swap? If you did, I doubt its O2 sensors with that many codes. You have issues with both banks. Usually if an O2 fails, its not both at once unless the engine was hit hard with cleaner, etc. Basically it believes you have a vacuum leak. Check for cracks in the intake plastics, this is a someone common issue. You have to remove them and inspect carefully, mainly around the ends where the clamps secure them. Make sure oil fill cap and oil dip stick are secured. Also check the EGR tubes behind the engine, it can loosen up a bit. Consider cleaning the throttle body as well as part of the routine.

No I did not clear the adaptations- but I just did a few minutes ago. We shall see what happens when I drive home from work.
I will inspect the intake plastics/filter this evening as well as the filter (was changed recently, but I have been in the mud a bit). Also, being a cheapskate, I used E-15 or "Unleaded88" fuel reciently just before the issue (no performance drop from it) which may have something to do with it. I wont do that again regardless.
Thank you!

I never mentioned the filter. The filter would not matter, it is before the MAF and could at worst case cause a rich condition not lean if clogged up. And yes, could be the fuel but I run it for hundreds of miles when out west because often higher octane is not available in the Dakotas or Montana. I don't think I had lean issues.

Update-
So updated the apdaptions and it cleared for about 40 miles and just popped up again this am when after I got to work. I will check the air intake plastics for leaks. Still no performance drop, so it must be a leak/lack of Vacuum in the system.
Thanks for your help!

Higher ethanol fuel can definitely cause lean conditions. I had it happen with my first LR3 years ago when I was doing some short experiments mixing small amounts of E85 into regular gas.

Makes sense as the timing was spot on for the code. Thank you!

No actually, it remained, next issue which could be related, was a low engine performance engine reduced power. It appears that there may have been water intrusion to the ECM/PCM. I am trying to determine a fix. Essentially looking for a company/service that can recode or assess the functionality of the ECU/PCM. I am trying to avoid purchasing a new one, as they are very expensive. It has been a very challenging experience. Its frustrating to know that the truck is mechanically fine, but electronically disabled. I suspect this issue will occur more as (not just LR) as vehicles become more a computer that has a vehicle attached vs. a vehicle with a computer aid.

Is your scanner capable of checking fuel trims and other features?
