Default Front windows wouldn’t roll down on ‘05 LR3

Hello people,
I just wanted to post here how I inadvertently, sort of, fixed the issue of my front windows not rolling down.
Water had gotten past the water stripping & pooled in the floorboard causing several things to stop working i.e., sunroof, windows, seats. Most came back around eventually, except for the two front windows.
But tonight I was messing with it & I pulled F27 25 amp white fuse, indicated by showing a window on the diagram on backside of glove compartment. I was checking for blown ones even tho I have a few times previously, on the ago. I accidentally dropped the fuse tho, and couldn’t get to it. And wasn’t concerned at the moment bc it didn’t operate that window anyways & the other worked still that were working before I dropped the fuse. So I figured I’d fool with it later on today when daylight came. I continued checking fuses & thought I may have possibly had a blown one due to its shape & odd appearance from
all the others. Replaced it & then tried the window and it worked! First time in a year+!
But it wasn’t the fuse I’d replaced like I initially thought.
If I remove the F7 fuse & leave it out, my passenger side window works.
If I put it in, it stops working. My drivers side hasn’t worked for the same amount of time as my passenger side window.
Curious if I could find a work around for my drivers side window like i did for the passenger side, I began pulling fuses labeled as being a type of window related fuse, and Võila!
I removed F27 (I think) and drivers side window now works!
So if you’re having a similar issue, I’d say it’s worth a shot!
And if you ever lose your only key/key fob, the dealer won’t tell you they no longer program those fobs! They will, but they’ll do so “AFTER” they sell you the $380 useless key fob/brick.
Don’t waste time even calling the dealership. There’s a locksmith in NYC who will
hook you up for $250+/- depending on how many keys & type key etc.
You just have to remove the fuse box underneath glove box on front side passenger, mail that to him & 7-8 days later you’ll be back to rovering the roads!
Took me literally a year to resolve that issue! Wished I’d found a post with this info, in the beginning. So that’s why I’m mentioning It.
Good Luck!
