Default lower control arm project

I'm looking at replacing my lower control arms finally (70k, i've owned since 40k and no issues), as they are starting to knock. I've been reading about a "newer" design for the LCA being a thicker diameter bushing and or using RRS arms. Can anyone tell me if they are different part #s, or are all the LR028245(249) the "updated" LR3 LCA... and if the RRS are still "better" (stiffer), or the bushing diameter for the RRS?

There are Polybushes, yes....but the reviews on them are mixed.

I agree on the mixed reviews, definitely you do not want the red. They finally have the other two grades, one being close to factory, might be worth a shot. Available from lucky8 I believe. The company is highly unresponsive.

The factory ones that are upgraded are more along the lines of the ball joint is larger / heavier duty. Part number for those is LR028245 right and LR028249 left.

I don't like non-OEM ones, often made in China.
