If you can, reset your your fuel adaptations after a throttle body clean. That's what initiates a throttle body position relearn - which is often necessary after a cleaning.

How do you do that? GAP tool? Is that under the engine menu?

The GAP tool will do it. Yes, should be under engine, 'clear adaptations'.
