anyone on this forum been able to connect their ipod to the LR3's sound system without using FM modulators?

 

Not sure what an FM modulator is... but I use my iPod through the LR3 radio. It sounds great! I just bought a cable, plugged it into the auxillary port at the back of the console, and fed it under the center console to the front of the vehicle so it comes out by the passenger's side cup holder. My iPod sits in the passenger's side cup holder with the cable coming up from floor right next to it. It's very inconspicuous.
