Many ECU Faults LR3 not starting

Hello-
I am looking for some insight into a odd situation regarding my 2007 LR3 4.4.
I was leaving town for the 4th of july when various ECUs started to shut down on my LR3. It would start by the door locks clicking, followed by ending of the Radio/entertainment, then AC, etc.
I have the GAP Tool and ran the Faults. Almost all of them showed up, and I was able to clear all but the following.

Engine Petrol
- U0167-00 (68) Lost communication with vehicle immobiliser control module
Parking Aid
- U0300-55 (2F) Internal control module software incompatibility - System programming failure - is not configured
Transfer Case
- U0155-87 (2F) Lost communication with instrument cluster control module - Bus signal/message failure - missing a message
Transmission
- U0155-87 (2F) Lost communication with instrument cluster control module - Bus signal/message failure - missing a message
Tyre Pressure
- U0300-00 (2F) Internal control module software incompatibility
- U0416-00 (AF) Invalid data received from vehicle dynamics control module
Vehicle Dynamic
- U0155-87 (2B) Lost communication with instrument cluster control module - Bus signal/message failure - missing a message

I shut off the Rover and then it would not start again- and all the fault codes returned.
I was able to restart it, i dont know how, and head back home.
It is currently at my mechanic, but i fear because of the Electrical Nature, it will cost a ridiculous amount just to find.

Any insights or experience with these electrical gremlins?
Thanks,
James

FYI
These are the faults that came up before trying to clear them.

what was your battery voltage at?

The Voltage was 12.5- then when running it when to 13.5. On the low end from what I gathered. So I got a new Battery just in case (figured couldnt hurt anyhow). Normally the voltage is around 14.1 or so.
My mechanic said that it could be 4 possible CAN Bus issues. Talking 700ish - I hope it is something simple like the brake light issue.

Are the carpets wet at all?

No the carpets weren't wet, however, I had removed the Passenger side A pillar molding to see if i could run a wire from roof rack lights through it. I replaced it, not running any wire or anything (not touching any battery/or wires just looking) then ran the Landy through the brushless car wash. If there was any water I would assume it would be most likely through that entry point. High pressure water and fiddling with the molding-

**UPDATE** ECU Faults & LR3 Not Starting CAN Bus Comms

Just spoke to my Mechanic and it appears to be CAN Bus issue with the instrument cluster. There are intermittent failures/comms issues. So it will need to be replaced and reprogrammed. He Stated that he has a vendor/person in TX and can do a swap from my understanding. Def going to do some digging/research for issues such as this.
Thanks!
James

Possible I suppose. The clusters on these truck do seem to have a failure rate. Something I have never, ever seen in any vehicle I have owned before. But I know every once and a while someone ends up with a cluster issue. I also recall one case where a connector came loose, so that is even a possibility to consider.

Keep us updated.
