Usually you hit the lock button and it lights up and you enter. I went out this morning to unlock the truck and it did nothing. I had to open the door manually to enter. I thought the keys needed to charge ( 6 mins is what the manual says ) and it did nothing for either key.

Do the keys need to be reprogrammed? If so, what would cause the keys to need that? Is there a cost and if so, how much ?

Any and all help and information would be appreciated.
