no faults showing, I am getting a transmission fault, but I was getting that before.

I have put around 50 miles on the truck with the new ebay suspension compressor. I have left the cover off for testing. It is loud. It seems to be settling in. If the truck has been sitting, the compressor comes on for a 5 or 10 seconds on start up. I am not losing air, measurements are consistent and the image on the dash showing the suspension is good. So far so good, I drove it without the relay for a few days, then let it sit and pulled the negative battery cable. After I reconnected the battery cable I was no longer getting the compressor shutting down due to heat warning. I tried it with the new relay and my original relay, didn't seem to make a difference.

One a related note, the suspension air compressor on our 2010 Range Rover Sport is now on the fritz. I am getting the standard height only notification warning.......maybe these are covid 19 related.......

Some of that is normal. At startup, to have the compressor come on and top off the gallery.....happens all the time. If it's not faulting out, don't sweat it, I say.

As for the RRS....you sure it's not a brake switch, brake light or some other thing?
