Default What is this??

I replaced my air springs this weekend and when I went to remove the wheel well cover, this guy was hanging down and just sitting on top of the cover on the front right passenger side... Anyone know what it is?

It's part of the tyre pressure monitor system. That particular part receives the signal from the sender in the tyre. I think it is meant to be attached, with 2 scrivets, to the inner wing.

Thank makes sense! Should there be one on each side? There wasn't one on the drivers side...

Yes, in fact there should be one at each corner.

Not having the system myself, it's possible they're behind the wheel arch liners and this one (that looks very clean) has dropped down after coming loose.

Someone with the system should be able to confirm their location, but I've just checked the shop manual and it would seem to confirm that they are behind the wheel arch liners.
