Default Air Condition at idle not working

2014 LR4

I am noticing that while at idle, the Air condition is not blowing cold, once I start driving it gets good and cool.

I do have the GAP tool , but not exactly sure what I should be looking for. My first instinct is maybe its a little low on refrigerant, but I do see other people saying it could be overfilled, problem on low pressure side etc.

Anyone have any tips for me to help me diagnose this?

You need low and high pressure readings along with ambient temperature. There is no other way to start to diagnose without that info.

I have that set. Works fine. ***** are a bit fragile... But learn to use it a bit before diving in. For example, never have low and high side open when running the engine. The gauge set will bridge the two and you do not want that, plus it will just dump out the center line which is for adding refrigerant or pulling vacuum. And same for filling, if you do, never have the high side open. Can cause your little refrigerant can to explode.
