Buying a 2012 LR4

Hello! I am considering purchasing a 2012 LR4 with 116,000 miles on it. Is there anything I should look for or be aware with this model?

I previously owned a 2006 LR3. I can't wait to get back in a Rover!

Maintenance History is the biggest thing. Timing chains, and cooling systems are big ticket items.
