My mechanic is installing the set of lucky8 control arms and ran into a problem. The stud in the right side upper arm appears to be shorter than the one on the left. So short that the locknut only screws half way on. Is there any way you can do this wrong, seems pretty simple. Any insights welcome. I’m thinking it just might have come faulty. I’ll take back apart and measure both tomorrow. Pics of right and left:
