Front Brake Pads & Rotors @ 106,852mi but I previously replaced the Front Pads & Rotors @ 90K Miles (Post #26). I had the dreaded shaky steering wheel at highway speeds.

I reused the Rotor Screws & Brake Pad Sensor

Front Rotors $111.47 (Zimmerman 450 5202 20)
Brake Caliper Mounting Bracket Sand Blasting $20.00

Okay, I’ve been reading your posts and totally appreciate the detail.

I’ve gotta ask though, why is your oil change interval so frequent?

You are running full synthetic - that’s gotta be like a 10k or 15k change interval. Surprised to see you changing so frequently, especially with the additional cost.

I’m in the market for an LR4, so your posts are really helpful. I’m amazed to see some of the issues that crop up.

Cheers,
Gundo

I used Blackstone Labs for Oil Analysis on both my BMW and Land Rover.
Most of the time, their recommended oil change intervals are closer to 5-6000 miles depending on the brand and weight of synthetic oil you are using.
Extended Oil change intervals will work but you're not doing yourself any favors by running them that long.
Kind of Like BMW's "Lifetime Fluids", sure you can run your transmission, rear diff without changing the fluids and it will last the lifetime of that part but it significantly reduces said Lifetime by doing so.
Just my 2cents

Well, I should've researched this before posting. Looks like the LR recommended service interval is 5k miles for full synthetic. Shorter than I would've thought. Sounds like OP is ON IT with respect to servicing.

Cheers

Tried to upgrade the Incandescent Bulbs to LED’s in the Fog Lamps but the VLEDS H11 MICRO EVOLUTION’s were too bulky due to the high-speed turbo fan. So, I swapped the BEAMTECH LED’s from the Low Beams; Post #57 to the Fog Lamps. The quality of VLEDS VS BEAMTECH is clearly visible.

USED @ $54.20
