Iam looking for some perspective.

About 6 months ago I purchaced A 1995 Discovery (3.9 auto. 192k) for an exceptional price (I wont say an exact # in case I try to sell here... But it was LOW). 
It had...
No speedo, Power steering, cruise control, raido or left blinkers.
blown rear suspension (Death Wobble to the absolute max)
One tire in the rear was a substantially different size.
Has brushgaurd, roof rack, amd sidesteps.
Only the Passenger rear door opens from the outside (Must enter from that door)
Rear swinging door LITERALLY SCREWED SHUT (latch cut off with sawsall?), No rear seats except for the folding jumpers, Rusted out muffler, NO MOVING WINDOWS, NO driver door pannel, Sometimes takes a couple key turns to start, Oh, and an aftermarket ignition secured around the original ignition...

Since then I have gotten all of the ligts working, Power steering works, new rear sus, Oil change, ATF flush, New fluid in the diffs and transfer case, 4 new (used snow) tires, Replaced rusted muffler with a glasspack (suprisingly quiet),Back swinging door functions with an added exterior latch. 
Still only entered from the passenger rear door.

​​​FROM THE BEGINNING I have loved this thing. She has so much flavor. She has surpassed ALL expectations of my wildest dreams. Ive put at LEAST 5K miles on her (almost all highway) with no complaints.  SOMEHOW Ive gotten 400 miles out a full tank numerous times. 

Given the price of gas iam considering parting with her. 

Do y'all think she would sell?
What is reasonable to ask?
Is she worth all the time ive cranked into er?

Great dependable rig, but she has soooooo many aesthetic inconviences.... 

Clean title in my name.
