Great truck for a LAND ROVER ENTHUSIAST. Someone who knows Land Rovers and how to enjoy them and maintain them. A NEW 2022 Land Rover Discovery Base model with a 4 CYLINDER Turbo engine NEW will MSRP at $70,000 plus taxes and fees. This truck was listed NEW at about $40,000 back in 2002.

On "Bring A Trailer website" a D2 in good to excellent condition are now selling from $18,000 to has high as $40,000. See picture below of recent Auction results.

CARFAX REPORT - I will email to you upon request. Report shows minor damage. Front and back bumpers were cracked in parking lot. I replaced with brand new metal bumpers.

NEW 06/02/2021 radiator, hoses & coolant reservoir was installed. PEAK BLUE EUROPEAN 50/50 coolant was added. Whole coolant system was bleed and check afterwards. Added Atlantic British 180 degree soft spring thermostat for extremely hot weather such as South Texas. Engine runs strong and cool!!! I have replaced many parts under the hood with the new engine,

Description : I purchased the Discovery SE II in October 2002 from Land Rover North in Houston TX with 18,677 miles on the vehicle (Lease vehicle.). After Dealer warranty expired in 2007, I have ONLY LET BRITISH UNLIMITED in Spring, Texas work on the Discovery for the pass 13 years. They do excellent work. Recently 6/02/2021 I had Imperial Collision Specialist in Houston, Texas fine tune the truck. New coolant system, power steering gear box, replaced center, front, and rear link and rear flex disc / suspension parts, O2 Sensensors, and Master Brake Cylender! Truck has always been well maintained.

I have kept this truck for so many years because it handles very will in all types of weather on or off road. It is is a safe vehicle. It also weight close to 6000 lbs. It is very hard to roll over OR SINK. Body is solid. Gets about 15 mpg - uses premium fuel. I have seen all different types of 4X4 get stuck in the mud over the years, but I have never had this problem.

Truck has original Land Rover towing package on it and jack. I also have a Land Rover full body COVER for the truck.

NEW 01/2017 White paint (see pic). Black window trim needs work and front grill is cracked.
NEW 01/2017 - Metal front and back bumpers with LED FOG lights on front bumper from Atlantic British.
NEW - 01/2017 LED Light BAR added to front bumper.
NEW - 01/2017 Steel Skid plate added when original front bumper was replaced.
NEW 01/2017 - Front leather seat were reupholster with NEW leather and covered with BRITPART seat covers.
NEW - 01/2017 All rubber floor mats are NEW from Weather Tech.
NEW - 01/2017 Windows were tinted all the way around. Front windshield was only tinted 20% at the top. All tinting is within legal guidelines.
NEW - 01/2017 Headliner was recently replaced.

NEW - September 2019 - Brake job was done all the way around.
NEW - September 2019 - Front wheel bearings were replaced with NEW ones.
NEW - October 15, 2019 - Denso Alternator. (Land Rover Vendor)

NEW - 2020 BF GOODRICH BAJA CHAMPION LT 255/55R 18 109/105 TIRES INSTALLED
Cost was close to $1500. These are the "Best of the Best" tires - equivalent to an 8 ply tire.

NEW - 10/07/2021 REPLACED - TWO NEW TRANSAXLES & U-JOINTS
NEW - 01/2022 REPLACED MASTER BRAKE CYLINDER. The original had a very slow leak.
Imperial Collision Specialist in Houston did all the above "mechanic" work in 6/2021 - January 2022 (Total cost $6200)
12/15/22 Replaced Driver Seat Track OEM
12/15/22 Replaced with New OEM Tire Lug nuts
12/15/22 Installed NEW Fuel Injector Filters OEM
12/15/22 NEW HALOGENS HEAD LIGHTS BULBS.
12/15/22 NEW gas cap door latch. OEM
( December 2022 Mechanic work cost $2000 ).

02/20/2023 NEW Water Pump installed.

RIMS are original. In very good shape. I have ORIGINAL SPARE RIM WITH TIRE AS WELL.
LANDROVER RUBBER RUNNING BOARDS - ADDED in 2005

Everything works on the truck EXCEPT:
SUNROOFS - I sealed them with clear silicone when motors stop working.
RADIO - works but must control volume from steering wheel controls.
CD PLAYER - Does not work. Most people update the radio with a new touch screen for $200-$300
IGINITION - is original and stick a little. I have two keys.
TRIM - Some rear trim pieces are missing & grill is cracked.
(Most people just remove black trim over time and paint the area).
BACK DOOR - sticks sometime when opening.
LAND ROVER MECHANIC MANUAL (cost $150) comes with the Land Rover
