Description:
2002 Disco II SD for sale.
I have a new car incoming and as much as I'd like to keep the Disco, I'm not going to have the space for a third car.
Current mileage as of today is listed above, but we drive this around town every couple days for groceries, errands, etc.... I'll try to remember to update regularly.
Accessories
- A Nanocom with unlock code for the Bosch engine
- Coolant hoses
- Serpentine belt
- Solid lug nuts from LA wheel -- no more deforming stainless caps!
- Replaced the windshield washer arms with Disco I arms (so they can accept off the shelf wiper blades
- AB stainless brake hoses for a 2" lift -- the truck's not currently lifted, but adding one was part of my longer term plan for it
- A new shuttle valve switch -- to permantly fix the 3 Amigos (which aren't throwing codes when they light up for some reason)
- New windshield washer pump motors -- need to be replaced, but not a priority for me since I fortunately never need to use them where I live
- Passenger side vanity mirror is hanging by one screw, probably an easy fix, but not something I really ever bothered to look into repairing
- Front passenger window stopped working a few weeks ago, I think it's getting power, I want to verify that when I have some free time so that I don't over-order unnecessary parts
- The plastic coating on the rear ladder is coming off, not sure that's repairable
- It's got an aftermarket single DIN head unit that looks kind of annoying. I've meant to replace it with something with a floating display that supports carplay/android auto, radio works fine though
- The coin tray and ashtray don't open. These are the lowest priority for me.
Extra parts as well that are included in the sale:
- Fan viscous clutch
- belt tensioner & idler pulley kit -- bought these when I ordered a new serpentine belt because I read that I might need to replace them. That was a mistake and a waste of money since I did not need to replace them, and restocking fees were too expensive to warrant returning, but I've got them if needed
- Any of the stuff noted above where I have the parts, if I don't do the work to replace
