Hello all, up for offer here is my 2000 Disco 2.  Clean title in my name.  The good:  Bought this from Texas, had a history in Montana and Texas, no rot or damage.  The surface of the frame has developed some surface rust on the welds in the last three years, althought it has not been used in the snow and salt as its been a second car for me.  Paint still nice, shows its age well and no big dents or defects.  Interior still in nice condition, With the exception of the drooping headlining.  Both third row seats are present and in excellent condition.  Front and rear AC are working and are absolutely freezing cold on a super hot day.  Both sunroofs work and do not leak.  Original stereo installed and Grom BluTooth module function as new, and by some miracle, sounds good.  Now, the bad:  I picked up the truck just about 3 years ago.  I flew to Houston, drove it back to NE PA sight-unseen.  Made the trip incident free (!).  Got home, notice a very mild disco-tick.  Both of my previous Discos had a tick, a 2000 and a 2003.  This one however got progressively worse over time.  Long story short, it's most likely a clanging liner.  The head gaskets were done by me (i'm an A&P, 20 years for what it's worth) and there were no smoking guns or normal signs of the loose liner, but it now is a classic case.  Quiet when cold, loud as hell when hot.  I got lucky and found a rusted-frame 2000 Disco that was in use in New York.  According to the owner, the engine had been re-built and flange-liner fitted by D&D Fabrications, inc, and also fitted with ARP head studs.  I have no documentation to verify thisI can confirm that the ARP head studs are present, I have not yet removed the heads to confirm the flanged liners, but hopefully will get up to the truck sometime this week to get the heads off.  I can only confirm that the engine was a perfect runner when I got the truck back to my place and was 50 psi cold oil pressure (aftermarket gauge, still installed).  The engine is disassembled down to the heads, that's where it currently sits.  The rear row-entry step is no longer installed, as it was a used spare and failed at the shock.  The right front fog light took a road hit from road debris and took the RH front wheel arch liner with it.  The bumper is scratched, but not broken.  That's where my involvement ends.  My oldest just got his license and the insurance is prohibitively expensive, I could finish the engine change eventually but I can't put the truck back on my policy.  So this is a buy for both trucks.  The complete and driving Kinversand, and the rotten framed with the good engine core.  As I cannot verify the history on the good engine, I will take that into consideration on the price of the trucks.  I do have the maintenance history on the Kinversand truck, all the way back to what I believe is the first owner once the vehicle was off-lease.  You will also receive my current collection of spares, to include new front left brake caliper, transfer case re-seal kit, various engine gaskets, a used ARB front winch bumper (on the donor truck), a new set of LR genuine RH rocker arms, two new OEM rocker shafts, complete box of new LR genuine lifters, and all the genuine kit to make two new sets of rockers arm assemblies, sans the LR rocker arms. There are more various spares, will take photos of remaining inventory.  I will add info about the good engine if I manage to get the heads off.  I also have an original Kalahari grill that is color matched to the truck.  Thanks for enduring my long-winded listing, ask any questions and i'll get back to you in a timely manner.  Thank you.
