Compomotive 18 inch alloy wheels - Land Rover
For SaleWheels and Tires/Axles
Description:
3 (or 4?) satin black 18-inch Compomotive wheels PD1881, 5x120 bolt pattern, 44 offset, 18x8. These are used and have some curb/rock rash; one has deeper rock rash than the others. Like most of these Compomotives, the finish is peeling. I have a fourth one but it’s damaged, probably beyond repair. $150 for the one with the deepest rock rash (see pics) and $200 each for the other two. I’ll throw in the fourth one for free if you want it, but it's probably scrap unless you know someone that is a magician at wheel repairs and welding. Willing to ship at buyers expense and willing to listen to reasonable offers.
I bought these with the intent of putting them on my LR4 but ended up going in a different direction.
Based on my experience, because these are big/bulky items not on a pallet, UPS and FedEx may be cost prohibitive for shipping. You can get a shipping estimate off their websites (ground shipping), but you might get better information by calling a local office.
Alternative shipping options include Shiply and CitizenShipper. On these two websites you can get bids from smaller, transportation companies. Independent shippers use those sites to find loads and they submit bids based on the request you create/post.
The shipping experience on these sites is NOT like using UPS or FedEx, but you can save some money. Keys to using an independent shipper include being flexible with PU and delivery dates/times, being very detailed in your bid request description (tell them they are loose items, not on a pallet), check their customer reviews and being patient. It's also important to note that bids will sometimes decrease in cost the second and third day after posting a request. If you want to get a shipping estimate the pickup zip code is 63021 Ballwin or Wildwood, MO.
I’m happy to work with the shipper of your choosing and will drop off the cargo at a local freight terminal if needed.
