Yes I do, got them off line years ago, can't even remember from where. If you want the full set, PM me your e-mail address and I'll send them to you.

The frame braces are to protect more from side impact. I've seen ones strictly bolted to the rocker panel bent inward. The drawing you have that fits around the rocker wouldn't have that issue. There are better sliders out there but they get the job done. Tree bars are still on the list but a custom panhard, 4.12s, lockers, and axles are on the front burner. And a 96 to part out!

Solidworks file for sliders

Does anyone still have the solidworks (ie: step or IGES) file for the rock sliders on a D1?

I PM'd Mike.... but he might be busy or something

Any help is appreciated.

I just PM'd Mike - if I have some solid measurements I'd love to put together a CAD design for the community.

Anyone have a set of drawings for a D2? They don't look very difficult to build but measurements and materials would help.

I just finished translating his pans into 3d CAD files. I've still got some tweaking to do, but they're nearly there! Also rounded from mm to the nearest inch, since many local metal suppliers deal in inches.
My ultimate goal is to have a nicely organized thread of all kinds of DIY projects with associated .dwg or IGES files on here. :)

Does anyone have files for AutoDesk Inventor?

Would also be interested in plans for DII sliders with tree guards / steps. Big fan of the idea to have plans for various projects on the site.
