Where did you find those instrunctions? I'm going to be swapping the susp in my '03 Disco and think I want to do it myself. Or are the instucts about the same?

i got the instructions from discoweb. it says the instructions will work for all years of the DII with the sls.

These 3 pics are all from about the same angle and in the same location. The first 2 are before the lift, one with running boards and one without. The rear air suspension was lifted so I could get underneath to remove the running boards. Sorry, I don't have a pic with the rear deflated from the same angle. The 3rd pic is obviously after the lift.

Here's one more try. Okay, it didn't work but now it does. Fixed! The pic by the old church is without the lift.

What rate did you go with on the OME springs and shocks, are they the medium or heavy rate?

With OME you must always run their HD shocks, the standard shocks are too soft. As for the coils, most people lean towards the HD side for a better, more controlled ride especially if you plan to go off road or want to keep the body roll to a minimum.
