I'm looking at a 2003 Range Rover, 33000 mi. $49995. I'm new to Range Rovers and wondering what kind of maintenance I am getting in to. It will be a family car and not go off road. I just always loved the looks of this car. My nearest dealer is about 2 1/2 hours drive so I won't have the ability to get the car to the dealer often.

Can you please advise if this is a reasonable price for this car. Are their problems with this particular year that I should know about. Expected issues. I've heard horror stories about 2002 and older cars.

The good thing about high end used car purchases is that they were probably bought by a type-A personality when new, kept in good condition, fixed when broken, and genereally coddled.
