Just wanted to introduce myself.
My name is Tim. I'm from Fort Worth, Texas. I just picked up a '99 Discovery II. Pretty nice inside and out. It does leak a little oil (normal, right?) and it has the 3 amigos lit up.
Fortunately, I own a European parts store, so I should be able to sort it out.
Any others in the DFW area? I'm new to the Rover scene. It's been all about sports cars until now.

Thanks, hope it treats me well. Seems the previous owner may have done a few things on a pretty tight budget if you catch my drift.

 

Yep, I know what you mean. My previous disco was owned by some kid that spent $3 on a booming sound system...... The $3 was on electrical tape because the wire splices were obviously done by a rat on meth.

 

Ha. PO on mine also installed two nice Pioneer headrest monitors in rear that are mated to.......a VCR.
