New Member - a bit worried - 2008 LR2 SE
I just bought a 2008 LR2 SE for cash and have the vehicle home with me now, clean title in hand. It has 170,100 miles on it. It has a spotless interior - minus arm rest leather tears of age and sun and a small stain on the floor between door and seat (barely worth mentioning). I don't know much about Land Rovers but have always loved them and always wanted one. I bought this one from an older retired vet. He's the only owner, everything on title checks out. I have zero clue asde from his word and some on time oil change receipts that it was regularly maintained or otherwise. What I do know that doesn't work is as follows:
Back passenger side door: window will not roll down. it is closed and sealed and doesn't leak (tested that myself) but won't open. Makes no noise, no signal of life at all.
Sun Roof: Also closed and and sealed and doesn't leak but will not budge. No sign of life.
Indicator Lights: One says "Coolant low" error. I have checked the coolant and even added some but it isn't leaking and seems to be ffull
Indicator Lights: Tire Pressure Regularor error (something like that). Tires are all aired up correctly and only one needs a tube cap thing where you air up the tire.
Any advice on these or otherwise? I'm reading through this site and forums and getting nervous I bought something that is about to blow up from what others say on here.
Please advise and thanks. I really appreciate any help at all.
