What this will mean is TOTAL government control and no hiding place or personal choices. The only safe place will be in gold, silver and precious gems. Lightning taxes will abound to reduce your theoretical electronic bank balance. Well who will win, of course the government and the banks, no more bank bankrupcies, why, they will have all of your money. No good saying "well I'll withdraw all my money" because it's worthless, those greenbacks are only IOU's, so watch this space as they are already reducing the number of ATM's in europe.
