The 65 that the Picture Man has is not a typical "used" Rover. It appears to be a meticously pristine example complete with all thge little goodies like the wire guards over all the lights and all those sweet little details, thus the big price. And his assistant barely even looks 26.

I guess with the classic rover you can pull that off. Maybe his asking price too low then?
