Like I said this is just something I'm kicking around. The cost is pretty high for the quality of inks and clothing I'd like to use so it could be awhile.

We made some shirts for our club. Did a run of 40 and each one came out to about $13. I also did a one off for myself. Even though it was only one color ink the one off was more because it was only one.
I will say this. Make your designs LR specific yet generic enough where they appeal to a wide range of LR enthusiasts. Putting a truck on a shirt doesn't work well because everybody wants "their" truck on their shirt. Dan Chapman sells shirts on Dweb. He has a couple designs but his most popular are probably the diff lock designs.
I'm a fan of a good quality pull over hoodie.
Here's the shirts we made. My one off is the black one. Green ones are for sale, if interested.

I found this site pretty much had the best price on T shirts. Haven't researched sweatshirts yet.
