for those of you in texas (or elsewhere) here is a good site. www.texas4x4.org
they have a lot of cool stuff. however, not many rovers, it would be good to see some rovers as a username on there. too many jeeps and crap like that, (look at me talking crap when i have a bronco II)

thats right. a lot of the people on that site are like me and don't have a land rover dealership in our small texas towns. there are a lot of people on there from houston, san antonio, dalworthington (dallas, arlington, fort worth, aka DFW) etc on there, but several from small town texas. i want to take some pictures of my freelander on the beach at s. padre. then i'd like to go deep sea fishing in the gulf. i have only seen one beach all my life, in galveston on the gulf. it was so pretty, hot girls, off shore oil wells, mustangs. i heard s padre is way better than galveston though. Mustang Island is close to corpus christi, but if i went there, i would be very tempted to take my stang, but i hate to put 1600 miles on it.

this is the flag of the republic of texas.

this is the flag of the state of texas,

God i wish we were our own country still, that would be awesome. i can't really say too much about that since i am an intern for Congressman K. Michael Conaway Republican Texas-11. How about that?

the dodge/jeep dealership has one of those republic of texas flags, i was joking with a salesman there that it would be gone the next morning and on my flagpole where it belongs
